Danise joined HelmsBriscoe as Manager, Global Accounts August 2007 and worked herself up to Director, Global Accounts in 2012; Danise supports leadership in recruiting, supporting and mentoring new Associates in the Omaha, NE area. Danise brings 20 years of experience in Management and Sales and Marketing. She began her career with Hyatt Hotels in 1991, where she started in operations. In this position, Danise was not only responsible for many brand marketing promotions, but also managing a staff of 60 Associates. She was quickly promoted and had a very successful sales career with the Hyatt National Sales office, where she received many awards and recognition. After 8 years with Hyatt Hotels, Danise left to expand her career as an Administrative Analyst with an insurance company. In her new role, she was responsible for breaking ground on the company's proprietary software, and traveled throughout the country training and developing the field offices on the software. In addition to these duties, Danise was asked to take on the company's sales and training meetings throughout the North American Continent. After several years with the insurance company, Danise was asked to join a small marketing firm based in Omaha, NE. Danise helped to develop the software for this company, as well as managed a portfolio of Clients which allowed her to become the company's top producer. In this position, Danise expanded her knowledge in marketing and learned what it took to run a business.

After several years gaining knowledge and experience of the hospitality sales, meetings and marketing industry, Danise felt it was time to start a business of her own. Danise's entrepreneurial spirit and dedication to Clients' success, found HelmsBriscoe was the perfect fit. HelmsBriscoe's business model allows Danise to combine her hospitality background, marketing and Client dedication to assist any company or association looking for someone who understands their meetings. As she understands the importance of staying connected and knowledgeable, she attends educational events, including PCMA.
