Cheryl Schreiner

Cheryl Schreiner, Managing Director, joined HelmsBriscoe in 1999 and is based in Jacksonville, Florida. Her extensive 30-year career in the hospitality industry includes experience with the Sheraton and Marriott Corporations. She has performed in many capacities within the industry in numerous cities across the country. Cheryl is a member of the North Florida MPI chapter and has held various board positions, including Director of Leadership, Diversity and Membership Chair, and President in 2007 and 2008. As a member of the HelmsBriscoe Leadership Team, Cheryl is honored to mentor new Associates with HelmsBriscoe, fostering a team of more than 28 Associates in the Florida region.

Cheryl has earned the HelmsBriscoe President's Club Award consistently since 2002 and has also received Master's Club status. In 2005, she was named as Top Producer for ResourceOne, HelmsBriscoe's full-service meeting management firm, and in 2010, she was honored as the Top Cruise Producer. In 2015, she earned the Certified Meeting Professional designation to her credit and was promoted to Regional Vice President with HelmsBriscoe. In January of 2017, Cheryl completed her CMM designation, Certified Meeting Manager. The program associated with renowned Darden School of Business from the University of Virginia, instruct on topics critical for managers to master, including risk mitigation, business analytics and compliance, and strategic negotiation. In 2024, Cheryl will begin a three-year term on the Experience Grand Rapids Customer Advisory board. Being originally from the Great Lakes state, this is a huge honor.
