Carol Mock joined HelmsBriscoe as Manager, Global Accounts in May of 2024. Based in Dallas, Texas, Carol helps meeting planners identify outstanding venues for group events, recommends strategies to save time and money, and provides outstanding support throughout the hotel contracting process. Carol is experienced in working with corporations, association management companies, as well as social, educational, religious, and fraternal organizations. She is committed to delivering the power of HelmsBriscoe resources that will serve all clients and hotel partners.
With more than 25 years of business development experience, Carol entered hospitality by working at Hilton Worldwide Sales. She identified new accounts suitable for national representation based on annual group hotel needs. Carol became engulfed in all phases of hospitality and was recognized by management to receive the Circle of Excellence Award.
