Carla Farmer joined HelmsBriscoe as Manager, Global Accounts in September of 2021 and resides in London, Ohio. She has more than 30 years of experience working in the hospitality industry. Her previous sales experience was with The Westin Hotel Columbus as an Associate Director of Sales where she specialized in both group and business transient travel. She has earned various accolades throughout her career and is a proud recipient of the 2008 OHLA Manager of the Year award.
Carla is an experienced sales expert and contract negotiator, which has prepared her for her role as an HB Associate. She is a dedicated industry leader whose goal is for her clients to receive the best in quality and service. Carla also works with the HB catastrophe response team, which specializes in lodging procurement for catastrophe crews, disaster relief, and other types of emergency response needs. She is a graduate of Ohio State University and a fan of the Buckeyes and Bengals.
