After 15 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, Becky joined HelmsBriscoe in 2008 with the desire to work more family-friendly hours, while still maintaining a focus on customer service. Her aspiration is to WOW each client by giving them service and solutions beyond what they expect, taking time to get to know each client’s preferences, and working to lighten their workload. Becky’s client portfolio spans non-profit, advocacy, start-up, government, association and corporate clients. She is organized and detail-oriented, having coordinated an eight-city route for one client, as well as a citywide program for which she managed contracts and negotiations at nearly 30 hotels. Her favorite compliment from new clients is that they wish they had known about her before!
Becky's most recent role prior to joining HB was as a successful General Manager. She was the youngest GM in the company, and was awarded the Excellence in Guest Services Award for 3 consecutive years by the company's owners. Under her leadership, the restaurant also won the Most Improved Unit Award in recognition of the hard work, team atmosphere, and friendliness exhibited by Becky and her management team. This is part of the work ethic that Becky brings to HB and to each client that she serves.
