Betti joined HelmsBriscoe in 1996 and serves as Associate Regional Vice President, helping to support the North Central team. Based in Minnesota, she leads strategic growth initiatives, supports key accounts, and drives Associate development through recruitment, training, and prospecting. Her collaborative leadership style and commitment to mentorship have helped shape a resilient, high-performing team.
With over 30 years of experience in hospitality and meeting planning, Betti brings deep expertise in contract negotiation, strategic meeting management, and destination sourcing. She earned her Certified Meeting Management (CMM) designation in 2006 and has consistently ranked among HelmsBriscoe’s top producers since 2000. Her client base includes Fortune 500 companies and leading associations who value her professionalism and results-driven approach. She and her husband, Kirk, live in Ely, Minnesota, where they enjoy exploring the Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness and embracing the outdoors in every season.
