Allyn Wilgus - Manager, Global Accounts
Allyn Wilgus joined HelmsBriscoe as Manager, Global Accounts in 2016. Based out of Denver, Colorado, Allyn is experienced in maintaining, building and developing client relationships. Allyn focuses on daily negotiation and detailing contractual agreements between clients and properties. She develops RPFs based on research and industry knowledge, all while customizing each experience to carry out the client’s vision for their event. Allyn works with the client to meet expectations and budgets to create a successful outcome. She promises to make your event a success, while saving you valuable time and money.
With more than 10 years of industry experience, Allyn has worked in several hotels and restaurants in Denver, including Morton’s The Steakhouse, The Four Seasons, The Table Mountain Inn, and The Kevin Taylor Restaurant Group. Having started with the Kevin Taylor Restaurant Group, Allyn worked up through the company from conference service coordinator at The Hotel Teatro to the Catering and Events Manager at Palettes at the Denver Art Museum. This progression allowed her to increase her industry knowledge and excel at large-scale events. She then spent more than five years at Morton’s The Steakhouse where her role as the Sales and Marketing Manager allowed for a tremendous amount of experience in sales, marketing and building and maintaining guest relationships. She was most recently at The Four Seasons as the EDGE Restaurant Events Manager, where she learned the ins and outs of an illustrious hotel brand. Allyn has a strong background in sales, event development, marketing, and food and beverage. Allyn is involved in industry organizations such as MPI and NACE, and keeps abreast of current trends through The Downtown Denver Partnership, Visit Denver and the Downtown Denver Leads Group. With her extensive hospitality background, Allyn is passionate about providing each and every client the best possible experience.
