Anke Wallace joined HelmsBriscoe as Manager, Global Accounts in 2021. She is a native German speaker, and is based out of London, UK. With more than 20 years of international event management experience in awards, conferences, business briefings and incentives, Anke is no stranger to sourcing and contracting venues. Regarded as an industry expert, Anke has served on the judging panel of a leading industry awards event, and was also invited to speak on the topic. She understands that selecting the right venue is key to the success of an event.
Prior to joining HelmsBriscoe, Anke enjoyed a fast-paced career as Head of Events at Informa, a FTSE 100 company, where she had full operational responsibility for global business events, ranging from 20 to 1,000 attendees. With more than 600 events under her belt, Anke has served a variety of industry sectors, including maritime, pharma, finance, logistics, insurance, law and agriculture. Her in-depth understanding of business operations and the entire event management cycle, coupled with her motivation to build lasting relationships, make her a valuable strategic consulting partner to her clients.
