Thelma Lim - Manager, Global Accounts
Thelma Lim joined HelmsBriscoe as Manager, Global Accounts after years in the hospitality industry. Based out of Falls Church, Virginia, her focus is to provide a high level of expertise and professionalism to help her clients find venues that best fit their meeting and event needs. With more than 30 years of industry experience as a Director of Sales and Marketing, Thelma has a deep knowledge of contract negotiations and meeting planning. She has worked with clients in a variety of markets, including corporate, association, government and social groups. Thelma will be her clients’ expert and advocate during the process of site selection and contract negotiation.
Thelma graduated from the University of the Philippines. Her hospitality career began as a Front Office Associate in San Francisco, later working her way to Senior Sales Manager. She was then promoted to Director of Sales and Marketing when she moved to Washington, DC. With her multicultural background and global travel experience, Thelma easily engages to establish rapport with both US and international clients and hotels.
