Rachel Kinlay joined HelmsBriscoe as Manager, Global Accounts in 2023. Originally from Ireland and now based out of Spain, she has expert, in-depth knowledge of both markets. This makes her an essential contact for finding the perfect venue in either place, as well as for recommending what to eat, drink, do, and see to complement your event. But no matter where it is or what you are doing, Rachel works with you globally to ensure your venue sets the perfect tone.

With almost eight years of industry experience, Rachel has worked as an event planner and producer in-house and independently. She is Founder & Events Director at Events 4.0; and has been Global Events Producer and Director, Strategic Alliances at World Commerce & Contracting; and Events Director, Director of Creative Strategy, and Business Development Manager at Conference Organisers Ltd. She is a member of Meeting Professionals International; Director, Membership at MPI Iberian Chapter; and a former member of the Association of Irish Professional Conference Organisers (AIPCO). She is certified as a Woman in Leadership, holds a Healthcare Meeting Compliance Certificate, has completed a SMARTnership™ Negotiation Challenge with some of the world's top negotiators, and is a public speaker on latest trends and best practices within the events industry.
