Keira Gallagher joined HelmsBriscoe as Manager, Global Accounts in 2020. Based out of Effort, Pennsylvania in the beautiful Pocono Mountains, Keira prides herself on her impeccable customer service and knowledge of all aspects of the hospitality industry. She received a certificate from Florida Atlantic University in Hospitality & Tourism Management, and her proactive, customer-first approach sets her apart from the crowd.
With more than seven years of industry experience, Keira has worked in various positions. She started as a restaurant server at the 4-Diamond Resort, Skytop Lodge, worked her way up to corporate event coordinating, and later become a Sales Manager. Most recently, she created proposals for Miller Tanner Associates. Through all of these roles, Keira has seen the ins and outs of hotels, including both front and back of the house, and has extensive hotel contract experience. Keira attended West Virginia University and received a BA in Communication Studies. In her free time, she enjoys watching sports (Go Steelers!) and traveling with her husband.
