Jennifer Thompson has over 15 years of Public Relations experience in both the broadcast and corporate arenas. Throughout her tenure in the corporate domain Jennifer focused on such diverse areas as crisis communication, corporate giving and government and media relations, most recently she held the position of Director of Communication at Harris Teeter. Jennifer has managed countless events, including the broadcast of the South Park Tree Lighting, Harris Teeter Harvest Feast and Second Harvest Metrolina Chefs Best. Highly respected in her field, Jennifer received her Accreditation in Public Relations (APR) from the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) in 2005. Jennifer is a devoted wife and mother with a vested interest in making the world a better place for her child, through volunteering with a variety of charities such as; the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and Feeding America agencies.
