Jessica Metcalf joined the HelmsBriscoe team in 2008 as Manager, Global Accounts. Based out of Minneapolis, MN, she works alongside several of HelmsBriscoe's top producing associates and represents a number of corporate and association clients. Jessica has a passion for providing outstanding, personalized service.
With more than 15 years of industry experience, Jessica has a hotel background, having worked in a number of capacities at the Hilton Minneapolis where she left as Senior Event Manager. During her tenure at the Hilton Minneapolis, she was recognized with a number of awards, including the Pride Award and Commitment Award on a property level, and Hilton's Circle of Excellence on a corporate level. Jessica is able to apply the breadth of knowledge from both her hotel and HelmsBriscoe experiences to build solid partnership with clients and suppliers.
