Erica Monroe joined HelmsBriscoe as Manager, Global Accounts in 2017. Based out of Nashville, Tennessee, Erica’s career began in catering sales at a restaurant in Venice, California. She is a classically trained chef with a culinary degree from the Art Institute of Los Angeles.
With more than 16 years of industry experience, Erica has worked as a Sales Manager for Darden Restaurants, and has extensive hotel experience with both Starwood and Hilton hotels. She is a member of Meeting Professionals International (MPI), and serves as a volunteer for Nashville Pride. Erica’s goal is to provide friendly and professional service for her clients to ensure excellent results.
