Dianne Rice joined HelmsBriscoe as Manager, Global Accounts in 2019. Based out of Jacksonville, Florida, Dianne enjoys building relationships with clients, and providing outstanding service. She is hard working and attentive to her clients' needs, and she strives to secure the best solutions for their events or meetings.
Dianne attended Florida State University, and received a B.S. in political science. With more than 11 years of experience, Dianne has worked in both the legal and real estate industries as a paralegal and real estate agent. Dianne's success was dependent upon her ability to develop client relationships, determine their needs, negotiate the best terms, and bring resolution to a settlement or sale. As a real estate agent, she consistently achieved Million Dollar Club awards, and a Five Million Dollar Club award two years in a row. Dianne promises to be diligent in finding the best site and terms for her clients based on their requirements and proposed budgets.
