Deborah Cates joined HelmsBriscoe as Manager, Global Accounts in June of 2023, and is based out of Fernandina Beach, Florida. Always striving to provide nothing less than exceptional service, she credits her success to listening, never pressuring, and being there for her clients whenever needed.
With more than 15 years of industry experience, Deborah has worked at one of Vail Resort's premiere destinations, Stowe Mountain Resort, as a Senior Sales & Marketing Professional. She also spent seven years at Nemonix Engineering and Data Translation as an Account Executive selling computer hardware and software to major companies in all industries across the United States and Canada. In these roles, she was a top sales producer and received awards for Leader of the Quarter from Stowe Mountain Resort and High Sales Production (121% or above) from Vail Resorts. She attended Baystate University in Boston where she studied airline travel and then went on to Northeastern University where she studied industrial psychology.
