Chelsea Zedalis (formerly Yoder) - Manager, Global Accounts
Based out of sunny San Diego, California, Chelsea Zedalis joined HelmsBriscoe as Manager, Global Accounts in 2015. She has a true passion for hospitality and is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service while focusing on her customer’s requirements for finding the perfect venue for their programs. With the reputation and buying power of HelmsBriscoe behind her, Chelsea is ready to assist Clients with events of any size, domestically or internationally.
With her background and experience coming from the hotel side, Chelsea has worked with a wide variety of customers in corporate, association, convention, business travel and SMERF markets for top brands such as Hyatt and Hilton. Chelsea has earned multiple awards, including recognition for her performance as Manager of the Quarter at Hyatt, as well as a Certificate of Excellence from the Army for her role in planning their conference. Chelsea holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Purdue University with minors in Communication and Organization Leadership Supervision. Chelsea has broad knowledge and expertise in contract negotiation and site selection, which will allow her to not only accomplish, but exceed expectations. She looks forward to building and maintaining long-lasting relationships with all of her Clients. The success of a Client’s program is Chelsea’s number one priority!
