Courtney Herbert - Manager, Global Accounts
Courtney Herbert joined HelmsBriscoe as Manager, Global Accounts in 2018. Based out of Chattanooga, Tennessee, Courtney enjoys developing and nourishing the relationships she has with her clients in order to help them find the best locations for their global meetings. Courtney is a passionate, hardworking individual who will strive to meet the needs of her clients by building and keeping their trust.
Courtney received her bachelor’s degree in tourism management with a minor in business from the University of Tennessee. She views global travel as a hobby, a passion, and her area of expertise. With more than eight years of industry experience, Courtney has worked for major hotel brands and independent properties. She began her career as a front desk Assistant Manager, and quickly worked her way up through hotel management in several departments. Using her industry background and expertise, Courtney strives to provide each client with a memorable experience, and succeeds by putting her best effort into everything she does.
