Carin Russell - Manager, Global Accounts
Carin Russell joined HelmsBriscoe as Manager, Global Accounts in 2020. Based out of Cape Town, South Africa, she is dedicated to finding the perfect venue for her clients’ meetings, conferences, or special events. In her career, Carin has traveled to more than 30 countries. With her vast knowledge, passion, attention to detail, and organizational skills, she is a great asset to her clients.
Carin has more than 18 years of experience, and has worked in all areas of the MICE industry—from booking intimate executive meetings on safari in Africa, to organizing large, international incentive trips and cruises for corporate companies. Carin has also worked as a senior programme manager for world sporting events, including the Rugby World Cup and the British and Irish Lions tour. During this time, she gained valuable experience, oversaw event operations, and supported travel logistics.
