Alicia Pendry joined HelmsBriscoe as Manager, Global Accounts in 2019. Based out of Atlanta, Georgia, Alicia enjoys matching her clients’ visions to the best venues to successfully actualize their meeting dreams into reality. Her outlook is that joyful service is not a side trip, but a way of life!
With more than five years of industry experience, Alicia has worked for IHG, Hilton Hotels, and independent historic properties in guest services, event management, and group sales. She has learned to not only manage expectations, but to exceed them! Her sales career consistently earned recognition, and she received an award from her management company’s Pinnacle Club for her achievement as a top producer. Alicia is looking forward to using her previous experience and skills to bring consistent service and success to her clients’ events.
